NGO Bulgaria provides a basic site, e-mail addresses and mailing-lists to social non-governmental organisations in Bulgaria and in the Balkans.

Hosting for a basic site is provided for 5 leva per month (€2.5), including the initial setup. We also provide free hosting to social NGOs based on the available resources.

The hosting includes:

 A basic web site for news, press releases and campaigns
 A www.name.ngo-bg.org domain name [1]
 50 megs disk space [2]

To reduce the level of technical knowledge required, NGO Bulgaria is using Spip, an easy to use web publishing (content management) system, distributed as Free Software. Each organisation have their own private Spip site and we provide rather generic but very polyvalent "templates" (structure of the site, position of menus, archiving system, etc.) so that the site is ready to use with a few clicks. Organisations can also provide their own templates.

We also offer a limited number of:

 E-mail accounts (POP3, sPOP3 and webmail)
 Mailing-lists
 Forums on the web site

At any moment, a participant organisation hosted by the project can choose to move their site to another server. All of the software used by the project can be freely downloaded from the Internet.

 Help with domain name registration (e.g. www.example.org)
 Personnalized Spip templates
 Costs analysis/review of services related to the hosting and design of a Web site (e.g. for project applications or to avoid abuse from IT consultants).
