Since you will maybe add more sections in the future, you should use the following form:

This way, if you want to later add "News" between 20. Publications and 30. Contact, you can name it 25. News.

But the global navigation menus located at the left-hand side of the screen have an additional constraint. Because you may want to seperate your menus into logical groups (or simply to make them easier to read, because more than 7 consecutive items is considered "heavy"), you must use the following form:

And later you can add a second group of menus:

Please note that the form of the title is very important. Do not forget the dot after the number!
