All NGO-bg mini sites, previously running on an experimental Spip version (1.7 beta 3), have now been upgraded to the official Spip 1.7 version which came out earlier this year.

Spip is a content management system for websites. It is used on NGO-bg sites for its Free Software nature, its ability to manage multi-lingual sites and its non-technical interface for editors, maintained in Bulgarian.
