A new section has been created to host documentation related to the ICT needs of NGOs. The first three articles include:

 Netiquette guidelines
 What is Free Software and why is it important for NGOs?
 Dictionary of technical Internet terms

Future articles will explain what are domain names and how to register one for your organisation, accessibility issues to consider when designing a website, etc.

The articles are available in Bulgarian and English. The Bulgarian editions have been translated and revised by Maria Velichkova and Christina Haralanova.
